North San Diego Real Estate Market - February 2025

Once again, North San Diego County median home prices have increased. The median home price for a detached home came in at $1,171,000 for February, 7.5% higher than February 2024. The numbers given here are on a rolling 12 month calculation. There was a slight rise in the number of sold listings at 3.7%. The average days a home was on the market increased to 28 days which was up 7.7% from February 2024. This could indicate an opportunity for buyers to have more of a chance to snag a home. One more indicator of buyers getting their foot in the door, new home listings is up significantly at 18.2%. Looks like we could be moving towards a more balanced market. Let’s see what March brings!
